At NAQSHDAR, we are committed to delivering your favorite fabrics safely, quickly, and transparently across Pakistan.

This Shipping & Service Policy explains how we process, dispatch, track, and deliver orders placed through our website.

1. Order Processing Time

All confirmed orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

During sales, promotional campaigns, Eid season, wedding season, or other high-volume periods, order processing may take 2 to 4 working days.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timeline

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Karachi: 1 to 3 working days
Other cities in Sindh: 2 to 4 working days
Punjab, KPK, and Balochistan: 3 to 5 working days
Remote areas: 5 to 7 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier load, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply and are shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Free delivery may be offered during selected promotions or on orders above a certain amount, where applicable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is incorrect, damaged, or verified as a mistake from our side.

4. Order Confirmation

After placing an order on our website, customers may receive an order confirmation through WhatsApp, SMS, email, or phone call.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, NAQSHDAR may reconfirm the order through call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders that are not confirmed within 48 hours may be cancelled automatically.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number through WhatsApp, SMS, or email.

Customers can use the tracking number to check parcel status directly through the courier company’s website or tracking system.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most orders across Pakistan.

Customers are requested to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and any important delivery instructions to avoid delays.

If the customer is unreachable or the address is incomplete, the order may be delayed, cancelled, or returned to NAQSHDAR.

7. Courier Delivery Attempts

Courier companies usually attempt delivery 2 to 3 times, depending on their service policy and route availability.

If the customer does not receive the parcel, is unavailable, or the phone number is unreachable:

The parcel may be returned to NAQSHDAR.
Re-dispatch charges may apply.
The customer may be asked to confirm details again before re-shipment.

8. Damaged, Opened, or Missing Items

If your parcel is received in damaged condition, opened packaging, or with missing items, please report the issue immediately.

Customers must contact us on the same day and share clear photos or videos through WhatsApp:

Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please keep the packaging, invoice, and product in the same condition until our team reviews the case.

9. Service Availability

NAQSHDAR currently delivers to major cities, towns, and many remote areas across Pakistan.

International shipping is not currently available but may be introduced in the future.

11. Disclaimer

NAQSHDAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

Courier company delays or operational issues.
Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Inactive, incorrect, or unreachable phone number.
Customer unavailability at the time of delivery.
Weather, strikes, public holidays, road closures, or unforeseen circumstances.

However, our team will do its best to assist you and coordinate with the courier partner where possible.
