Naqshdar offers fabric for shalwar kameez and traditional wear for men and women.

We try our best to ensure:

  • Product descriptions are accurate.

  • Colors displayed on the website are close to actual colors.
     However, due to lighting, screen settings, and fabric variations, slight color differences may occur, and such differences will not be considered defects.

All products are subject to availability.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

  • We accept payments through the methods displayed on our website (e.g., COD, bank transfer, or other available methods).

  • For orders requiring advance payment, the order will be processed only after payment confirmation.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Orders may be cancelled due to:

    • Product unavailability

    • Invalid or incomplete customer details

    • Payment verification failure

If an order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Once a parcel is handed over to the courier, delivery delays caused by courier services are beyond our control.
 Customers must provide accurate delivery information; Naqshdar will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or contact details.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our Exchange / Return & Refund Policy governs all product returns and exchanges.

Key requirements include:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of ordering.

  • Product must be unused, unstitched, unwashed, and with original tag/label intact.

  • Customer must notify us on WhatsApp 03312182857 or email sales@naqshdar.com.pk before dispatching the parcel.

  • Refunds are credited only to a bank account in the customer’s own name.
