At NAQSHDAR, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. Our Exchange, Return, and Refund Policy is designed to be simple, transparent, and aligned with the standards followed across leading Pakistani fabric brands.
1. Validity of Exchange & Return
Customers may request an exchange or return within 30 days of placing the order.
After 30 days, no claims will be entertained.
2. How to Request an Exchange or Return
To initiate an Exchange/Return request, customers must inform us through any of the following channels:

No request will be processed without prior notification.
3. Parcel Dispatch for Exchange/Return
Once the request is approved, customers must dispatch the parcel to the following address:
NAQSHDAR
Shop No. 3, Near Raah Clinic, M. Suleman Sweets, Kharadar, Karachi, Pakistan.
Return delivery charges must be borne by the customer unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
4. Verification & Processing
Upon arrival at our warehouse:
- The parcel will be inspected and verified by our quality control team.
- After verification, we will:
- Dispatch the replacement product (as confirmed through WhatsApp), or
- Process the refund request to the customer’s provided bank account details.

Processing time may vary between 3–7 working days after verification.
5. Dispatch Slip Requirement
Customers must provide the dispatch slip / tracking proof on WhatsApp or email after sending the parcel.
This is mandatory for processing the request.
6. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued only to the bank account shared by the customer through WhatsApp or Email.
Important:
- The account must be under the same name as the customer who placed the order.
- The WhatsApp number used for communication must match the number provided at the time of order placement.
7. Condition of Product
To be eligible for exchange or return:
- The fabric must be unused, unwashed, and unstitched.
- Label/Tag card must be intact and not torn.
- Items that are cut, damaged, altered, or without tags will not be accepted.

9. Non-Returnable Conditions
The following cases are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, or altered.
- Any item without original tags/labels.
- Customized cutting or tailored orders.
- Fabric purchased during clearance or sale (unless defected).
