1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • During seasonal sales or high-volume periods, processing time may extend to 2–4 working days.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Karachi: 1–3 working days

  • Sindh (Other Cities): 2–4 working days

  • Punjab, KPK, Balochistan: 3–5 working days

  • Remote Areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier load, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping charges apply and are displayed at checkout.

  • Free delivery offers may be available during promotions or on orders above a certain amount (when applicable).

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product delivered is incorrect or damaged.

4. Order Confirmation

For all orders placed on the website:

  • Customers will receive an order confirmation message via WhatsApp or SMS.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), orders may be reconfirmed through call/WhatsApp before dispatch.

Orders not confirmed within 48 hours may be automatically canceled.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched:

  • A tracking number will be shared via WhatsApp or Email.

  • Customers can track their parcel directly on the courier’s website.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on most orders nationwide.

  • Customers must ensure their contact number and address are correct for smooth delivery.

7. Courier Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
 If the parcel is not received or the number is unreachable:

  • The parcel may return to us.

  • Re-dispatch will be charged to the customer.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives:

  • Opened,

  • Damaged, or

  • Missing items,

You must report the issue on the same day with clear photos/video on WhatsApp: 0331-2182857.

Claims made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

9. Service Availability

NAQSHDAR provides service to all major cities and towns across Pakistan.
 International shipping may be introduced in the future.

11. Disclaimer

NAQSHDAR is not responsible for:
